The NEPA Scholarship Pageant Association, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that has been formed to provide the young women of Northeast PA with the opportunity to begin their journey through the Miss America Foundation, as local, state and national contestants. The Miss America Foundation is the largest scholarship foundation for women in the world, providing a remarkable $45 MILLION in educational scholarships each year! Throughout the program, young women are able to express their viewpoints, talents and accomplishments to audiences in various settings. Nearly all contestants have received, or are in the process of earning, college or postgraduate degrees made possible by Miss America scholarship grants.

Locally, the NEPA Scholarship Pageant Association will host three events:

- Miss Luzerne County Outstanding Teen
- Miss Wilkes-Barre/ Scranton
- Miss Northeastern Pennsylvania

Our mission is to enhance and promote community service, and to provide an opportunity for personal, professional and scholastic growth.
